Grand King Abode|Epicenter of Midtown & Downtown

Very hapyy with the unit and hosts. Positive: The palce was very clean, and in a nice location. It had a nice pool and a moderate workout room. It was very close to many reataurants and a grocerey store, all within a few minutes walking distance. Negative: It was not very accomodating for more than 2 people, but we managed.

Negative: Entry system for non-US numbers: As a European guest, I wasn’t able to use the phone-based entry system since it only accepts US numbers. Expanding the system to allow international numbers would be a big improvement.

Positive: Great location near food, bars, a grocery store.

Great choice when visiting Houston Positive: Enjoyed the property loved the layout and few pans and dishes available for breakfast and quick meals. Phone entry was a nice feature. Simple, clean, centrally located. Previously lived in Houston, and now visit regularly. Unit was great Negative: Layout of complex is a bit confusing but manageable. Neighbors were obviously smoking weed in multiple units around, not a bother to me, maybe to others.

Positive: It was a great location, sitting between both appointments I had. Closer to the MD Anderson main building, but easy access to the MD Anderson Katy location. Ash was excellent at helping me navigate access to the complex and overall super helpful and kind. Negative: Not much not to like about this place. I can't blame downtown Houston residents for this place. Still felt safe because of all the security measures around the area.
