Grand King Abode|Epicenter of Midtown & Downtown

Positive: It was a great location, sitting between both appointments I had. Closer to the MD Anderson main building, but easy access to the MD Anderson Katy location. Ash was excellent at helping me navigate access to the complex and overall super helpful and kind. Negative: Not much not to like about this place. I can't blame downtown Houston residents for this place. Still felt safe because of all the security measures around the area.

Had good time Positive: Nice apartment with all the needed facilities Negative: Parking needed utensils and everything was clean

Great stay Positive: Enjoyed the proximity to all the event venues downtown as well as the homey feel there. Negative: 3rd story, buy that's just bc I had to carry a lot of luggage up and down.

Positive: The lhelp from the local property manager. Negative: The xonfusion,with thethird party deposit and customer assurance (Truvi?). As this was a Booking.com reservation it didn't apple for booking. The agency was unrelenting in trying to get us to complete their customer validation and deposit. Even after writing them an email asking them to stop and blocking their phone number they kept up their harresment using a different number to send daily SMSs.
